Event and BR wins

I sent in a ticket about my event and BR wins not increasing under cumulative but haven’t heard anything yet. By my count I should have about 7 more event wins and 5 more BR wins. Anyone else getting this?

A lot of people are, I also submitted 3 tickets over the past few days and haven't received a response for any of them. See my thread titled 'theory regarding missing wins and items." My theory is that if the website is down and you're unable to access your dashboard on theshow.com, there's a big chance anything you play online will result in missing wins, xp, stats etc.

I’ve probably lost 10-15 wins across all online games. I don’t send a ticket because it’s useless.

I would send a ticket not even to get it resolved but to give SDS an idea how widespread the problem is.
