I applaud all of you that can get the PCI circle right on the ball everytime whether it’s on time or not. That’ll never be me lol I gotta stay disciplined and not chase so I can get good pitches that’ll actually be able to hit in the strike zone smh

Yeah you hit best when focused on the ball coming out of the pitcher's hand, not waiting til it's thrown to key in on it. When I struggle hitting it's because I focus on the PCI more than the ball and end up missing center cut balls moving it when I don't need to.
Sometimes like the guy above said turning off your PCI can help. I hit best keeping the PCI still then moving it as the pitch is coming in, which makes hitting low balls easier for me. Like I can get under really low balls for HRs sometimes. But it's easier for me to move the joystick down then up. And this method works better for Veteran or AS. But with a smaller PCI, like a pitcher hitting I move the PCI around in circles before the pitch.
If I want to hit a high or high and inside fastball I start with the PCI up and in. That's just me though. I'd also try adjusting the batting camera to Strike Zone or a variant of that if you're using something farther back now, and also adjusting the PCI to just the minimum or removing it entirely for awhile.
