Ramon is an absolute joke of a “community manager.” I remember a few years back after I got into Diamond Dynasty I came across him on Twitter and sent him a message on saying that I love the game and thanked him for the work that the team at SDS does. I was blocked within 24 hours. Talk about a great community manager interaction experience.
