Daily Moments?

Newbie here....Can someone explain the 'Daily Moment' program?

I finished April with 10. Then I did today's for the 1st one in May. But how many do you need for the 92 Sheffield? Under progress it shows 16 and 25. What's the difference? I'm assuming it's 16 daily moments for 92 Sheffield....but what is the 25 for?

oh, yea because tomorrow it jumps from 1 to 4 I think....
