Showdown ticket stuck in limbo

I just completed the NL central showdown, got my 5 tickets but I could only redeem 4. The last one is stuck there, tells me mission has advanced but my TA points are missing and my ticket is still there.

Anyone else have this happen?

I have the same thing. Could use 4 but 1 is stuck as unsellable. That would be really stupid if that was intentional...

Same thing happened to me. After completing showdown and the exchange, I'm only at 16 affinity points. Says the exchange on the last one went through but clearly it isn't working.

Having same problem when trying to get Ohtani today. Sent an e-mail to support. This problem was likely created by the patch, because when I got Snell last night, this problem wasn't happening.

Same thing happens to me when I completed the AL East. Only could reedeem 4 out of 5.

Just had the same issue with the Al central could only exchange 4 for the white sox

Same here with the NL West... the last one is not redeemable... Just report the bug and hope they patch it... was looking forward to having my FOF players for RS but I guess more Showdown it is

Can confirm. Beat AL West Showdown and received 6 vouchers. Could only exchange 5 of them though.

So they still have a single ticket thats there but non-redeemable

On Twitter they say if u have a voucher that can’t be exchanged to reach out to the support team is this the only was to get it resolved ? Or are they going to release a patch in the future .
