As a question if the true answer is they are working on it and don't have a solution yet to fix the issues as there could be many thwn what else are they to say. How do you give a time line on something that changes by the day, hour, minutes.
If they don’t have a timeline then there is a huge issue. This game has a 12 month lifespan, and if you cut out two months with server issues you’ve wasted 1/6th of that time.
Maybe offer refunds? Maybe don’t release a show 22 and just update the current game, but for a game with such a small shelf life this is a really bad look.
So would you prefer a response from them that says "we don't have fix yet for the server issue as we can't define the core problem as such we do not have a timeline for a full return to Stabler servers"
Would this change your mind and how you feel?
What response would you want that would make you feel satisfied and change your current position?
Yes I’d prefer that. It would make my decision to push for a refund way easier.
These server issues won’t be year long, but if you want, ask for a refund and maybe grab the game again down the road when you see it on sale and the major bugs are worked out.
Yep, exactly my thoughts.

So based on that response, you are not looking for a reason to change your mind, it's made up. You are looking to have that decision reaffirmed and fell vindicated.
Understand this, SDS is not concerned with you and your position your mind is made up so want to leave and get a refund why would or should that have to provide you with a response?
I make a living of customer experience and I can tell you to 100% certainty that when I know someone doesn't want to stay with my company and have their mind made up I redirect my attention to those that want to stay.
I would suggest at this time if your mind is made up to follow though with your course of action as really you are just wasting your own time at this point

I want to keep the game. When I can play I love the game, but it’s getting to the point I can’t justify it especially if they can’t give us some sort of ETA.
If they came out and said it will be a week and there was going to be some in game compensation given I’d likely stick with it, but the fact they are saying nothing and not even a hint of a timeframe or what they are going to do for us to make it right, I have to start assume they aren’t going to address it.
Edit: I work in customer experience awful, and your attitude of “well they are annoyed let’s just let the leave” is horrific. There are some people you let go, but it seems you just let everyone go, or again you can’t read.
