Baserunning settings question

Im a noobie from xbox Lmao and my baserunning sucks ,are there any settings i can change to have runners advance by them selves after a hit,meaning if i already have runner on ist base and get a basehit they run to 2nd/3rd etc .I keep getting doubled up because they dont advance.

BTW i practiced how to advance runners but by the time i toggle and push directional buttuns i get doubled up ,thats why i want them to advance automaticly.Thx in advance.

They should advance on their own without doing anything. Now if you hit one into the gap you’ll want to hold the left bumper to keep them running & release it when you want them to stop.

If im playing with chosen team they advance auto but when i use my own lineup against the cpu or moments is when they dont auto run.
