Keep closing app over and over.......

Servers has been bad we all know but when you have to keep closing the app to find the mission again and trying to beat it and then closing it again after is just tedious and unacceptable. This kind of stuff should've been worked on months ago and I get that we are still a week in but mad is it frustrating.
How many more times do we have to close the app to complete ONE mission?
anyone else feel the menus are just not user friendly? It's way more complicated when they were obviously trying to make it better.
