As an IT consultant, I have to say that there is no excuse for the server errors at the moment! In our modern era of cloud computing this should not be happening, especially for a company like SONY! With the countless millions SDS is making off of packs and in game purchases, where is the money going?
The money is obviously not going back into the game! Game play and hitting still leave a lot to be desired. RTTS is so bad that I wonder if they even tested it before release. They didn't spend any money or time testing the servers obviously, so again, where the hell is the money going?
