Disappearing base runners

I had base runners dissappear on me 4 or 5 times during a showdown game. Most of the cases it was a runner on the 3rd. I thought at first that someone was thrown out but then I paid more attention and they are just gone in the middle of an at bat. Anyone else reported similar issues? I've been playing on Xbox ussing xcloud.

I saw a post about this last week, has the lineup turned over so that the baserunner is due up? Maybe that’s it.
Definitely a bug though, how you’ve described it.

Could be, I think one of the base runners appeared in the hole for sure.
Maybe it's an increase in showdown difficulty that we haven't been made aware of?
Score a run before the baserunner is due to hit again lol -
