Runners freezing in Conquest

I have it on autorun but every so often a runner will just freeze on the base path.
It happens on line drives where he is obviously waiting to see if it goes through the infield or OF.
It's rare but sometimes he doesn't run even long after the ball has gone to the OF or even the wall.
Of course I can manually make him run but not expecting it, it's easy to not notice right away and possibly until it's too late as an OF fields it and gets the force at 2nd.

What I find shocking about this is that this is a bug that goes back many years. I haven't played The Show for 3-4 years and I remember it happening back then.

Anyone else experience this and how/where do you report bugs?
