Missing Pack

I did the first inning conquest and I got all the strongholds. I went to open my Ballin is a habit pack and the servers crashed right as I opened it. I restarted my game and went to go open it and it wasn’t there. It said i completed it too. Is there a way I can get this back or is it gone forever?

Did it start to open then the servers dropped? If thats what happened, you probably got the pack and the cards and the game thinks you've skipped it. I've had that happen. If you didn't, you can submit a ticket, hopefully get a response but I will say, you'll hear nothing back for a while with all the garbage that is going on with lost stubs, xp and profiles

Go through your inventory to see if you have something you didn't think you had before likely came from that pack

It was the animation where the pack was about to rip open. I even looked through my inventory and it wasn’t there.

App crashed when i opened my 2022 all-star pack now went to open it and it was gone 30,000 stubs gone
