Do we not lose points when we lose in RS anymore?

I’m at 373 in Regular Season & 7-7 overall but when I’ve lost I haven’t had any points deducted. I thought that’s how it was in Spring Training only. Do you now only accumulate points when you win & don’t lose points when you take a loss?

In past years you didn't lose any points as long as you were below 400 I think
