    Hey guys,

So I have a few questions. Initial plan is waiting to pick up both a PS5 and MLBTS 21 mid-June due to traveling a bit between now and then.

What will I miss out on that won’t be able to be done at a later date?

Just looking through the content that’s in-game now via YouTube and such, my only concern right now is getting that Giambi. Will I still be able to unlock him after the April missions expire?

My other question is if I decide to just buy the game for PS4 now and wait on the PS5, what features would I be missing out on and will my progress transfer to PS5 when I buy one? I know create a stadium is only in PS5 but I’m not too worried about that right now.

    Thanks!

Your progress transfers. The game is exactly the same on both systems minus stadium creator. That’s why it’s cross gen play. There is no next gen version of the game.

Sounds like all inning programs will be gone once the next inning starts. Boss Rewards will still be on marketplace as they are sellable, but no more finishing up older innings like previous years for those extra packs, stubs, etc.

Also Team Affinity is broken down into Seasons. I'm assuming Season 1 can still be completed when season 2 drops since the 42 cards are the Season 1 TA Awards

This is a big one. Anything that is 'locked' to innings will now be EXTREMELY expensive on the market.

This will be a BIG issue for alot of people

Do we know this for sure? Hear me out. Since programs are linked to exp this year will they just require more experience to get later inning rewards? The reason I think this is because it’s like 350k exp to get the first inning boss packs? That’s a heck of a lot of experience! With a 20k daily exp cap and the trickle that exp comes at it’s gonna be tough to get these rewards!

I don't think there is a cap on the amount of XP you can earn.

Yeah I’m reading that now. That’s a relief!
