Game is ok except for 2 things

Pitching. My goodness, no reason to even try to get a good release, the ball goes nowhere close to where your aiming. This has majorly turned me away from the game and really needs to be addressed soon.
Errors. Come on now, when they happen at crucial times to let the opponent get a few runs or take the lead it just screams scripted gameplay. There’s no need for this while playing online, it’s opponent vs opponent....leave the scripted gameplay out of it and let us play.
Other than that, it’s a good game.

I'd add in pitch speeds when it comes to pitching, though I haven't played on HOF yet, so maybe that's just something that will come with time.
I can't recall any errors that have cost me a game yet. Maybe I'm just lucky on that part.

I quit playing 19 after a couple months because it felt like the programming/coding was more in control of the outcomes of games than I was. I recall at least once a game my fielders would become horrible and it always let runs score, like the game was controlling momentum swings no matter what I did. This went both ways, either for me or my opponent. Like I said, during online play there should be NO influence from the coding on what happens. Hope this game doesn’t go down that same road just to keep players playing by handing out cheap wins and boosting their confidence so they keep playing.
