I Think Servers Are OK Now

When attempting to do a transaction in Community Market, I had to wait forever for transaction to be completed, and at times, it would say servers down. But now, I can make transactions without delay.

Just completed a moment in showdown. Upon completion, I received a server error and was booted to the main menu. Definitely not good for playing a game online atm.
