DD Rewards - Switching Consoles

I have been a long term player of mlb the show on PS3 and PS4. This year since its been so hard to get a PS5 I have bought a next gen xbox. Is there a way to still get rewards for being a long term DD consumer if I switch consoles?

I'm curious about this myself. I have a good chunk of bing/ms $ and nothing in psn

What do I lose out on if I choose to buy this on xsx instead of ps5? I played the show 19 and 20.

i would highly doubt XBOX players are getting anything IF you are a returning PS player. just dont see how they can make that work.
