Opinions on MVP Bryce Harper

He's a fantastic card, but he is not better than Griffey, Trout, Mantle, Bellinger, etc as a total package. That's why you don't see him much. I used him a lot in events and he was one of the first cards I prestiged. He even crushed lefties.

Great swing nice card to use. Wasn't even better than Walker when he first came out tbh, but he's fun to use in events.

Just started using him in events. So many other options that have the defense to go along with the offense

You guys had problems with Harper defensively ? The guy has a canon arm. Very useful to throw out runners.

Hes not better than Cobb, Trout, Mantle, Bellinger, Soto, Williams, or Griffey at minimum, IMO.

I love using him and he punishes the ball but there are so many fun dudes to use it's hard to run the same 3 back out over and over. If you just enjoy using guys who put a little extra on the ball be sure to use the Cargo RIB card it has become 1 I struggle to sit absolute beast out of the lead off. I know this morning I ran Cargo in Cf with Yellich and Harper on ieither side was a good time.

He's a great card, but the timing when they release him was unfortunate. Even when the card was brand new, it was the 2nd best primary RF after Larry Walker.
Great card, though.

I used Harper during the event today and I noticed that he is slow both in term of speed and animations. The guy gets sluggish animations while fielding the ball. I don’t like that.

I feel this way about Awards Longoria.
I guess there are better options at 3B. -
