It may be too late in the game, so to speak for '21, but on my alternate account I was all over a Sink-piece with Postseason Correa, but my PCI was way up here ^ while the pitch landed down there.
All because the analog is too sensitive.
I could do very well online because I'm good at pitching, but am wildly and frustratingly inconsistent on offense to the point where I want to just quit playing. I unabashedly switch to Directional because It's maddening. I just can't get it right. I think a PCI sensitivity option can help greatly. Is there any way that this is possible?

Highly agree. I always drop it too much.

Polarising idea: Should it be tied to Plate Vision attribute value?

I kinda like your idea. Get ride of the outer PCI (no one likes it anyway) and vision should represent how easy and precise it is to move the PCI.

I'd prefer it stays consistent for all users, uniformity in a competitive setting is appreciated.

Yeah that’s why I chucked the word polarising in there. I was almost tempted not to suggest the idea.

My logic is that it is a another way to differentiate between players (as in cards) though, and for users to really master the cards that they play with instead of treating them all the same.

Tip - If using PCI Hitting change the options to off except for the type (Circle , Diamond Altitude etc) and make the color of that a light color with extreme opacity so you can barely see it , one thing in baseball is when you move from your soft gaze into a hard gaze to track from the release point you don't wan't anything extra moving or causing your eye focus to move towards it. Also the outter rings and such make it seem like you should crush that pitch no that's like the limit to be able to reach/foul off put weak contact on a ball , turn those off and only that very small type I use diamonds that means you will learn to match that up to your swing and the rest will take care of itself with a good hitting approach at the plate. Hope that helped.
