Pitcher stamina

Is this only for online games? I haven’t noticed it in conquest but those are only 3-inning games and the starter only pitches maybe two innings.
How’s it working for that stamina to regenerate for the online games? Does it take about 5 games to be full again?

Just takes two games in my experience so far. The meter needs to regenerate more slowly between starts, IMO. No need to bother collecting five rotating starters in RS; three has been enough. Plus, of course, the other two starters can now be used out of the pen whenever you want. Good way to cheese lefty relievers I guess.

Have only played conquest,but I noticed starters out of the pen lose energy faster.
