More story aspects in RTTS

maybe it's just but I love the story aspects and cinematic pieces that are a part of career modes in other sports games (playing in hs/college, etc.). some people in older posts mentioned signing endorsements, that would also be cool. would love to see it expanded a bit. I love mlb and the rtts and it would be cool to see more of that happen. anyone else feel similarly?

I want to play baseball. So far everything that SDS has added with story lines (social media, agent, personality, etc) has been terrible so I personally don't want anymore. I would rather have it like it was 10 years ago. JUST PLAY BASEBALL!!!
Then why are you even playing a story mode?
-
The story was a major contributing factor in buying the game. Loving it and have only had it for about a week.

Just commented on another post with this same thought. There needs to be much more in the story mode to bring a player through high school, college, minors, and the big career in the majors. This could be a wonderful part of the game that has that baseball dream for the players of RTTS.

Okay Lets says this is added.
Will I be able to pick those things for my past RTTS Player, that I've transferred in from Previous years?
I would hope so. Even it's just picking where just to have it apart of his story -

I have trouble believing this.
Plus if True I won't be buying the game anymore until it's back.
If I wanted to start over I'd make a new person.

My guess is the reason is there would be so many gaps in the data, especially for save files from 14, 15, 16 that accommodating those gaps would just not be worth it. This started to become evident in 19 with a batter’s career vs pitcher stats not being part of the presentation.

Well I guess I'm staying with 20 from now on.

No story elements. It’s very obvious sports video game developers are terrible story tellers.
I think they need to make cribs with collections. Start with a cheaper house/apartment. Before you buy a nicer house you have to collect certain milestones, buy memorabilia, have a trophy case. They can be displayed as a photos on the wall for milestones (for example a picture of your player hitting his first home run), or trophy case for awards. Each subsequent house the milestones/awards/memorabilia are harder/more expensive to get
