I would suggest doing the math to see if it's cheaper to just buy a few cards to do exchanges for Soto and Machado than buying outright. You get a ton of packs and cards on the way to complete tA4
Oh. I'm not buying them off the market. I'm grinding for them.
I was going to list all my Golds on the market and get about 3-4K a piece for them; but most of them have me close enough to 50K in Exchange Points, that I decided to just do the Exchanges.
Now all teams are in Stage 4 and anything I do (Moments, Stat Missions, Conquest) will go towards getting that team's Finest player.
I still have at least 5 Moments per team (3pts per Moment for 15 pts) and the Conquest map for each team (30pts). So once I do those I'll be at atleast 45 pts for each team and will only need the 5 pts you get for doing the Hitting/Pitching Missions to get that Finest player.
Plus I still have those 150 BIAH packs to open. I can list the Golds or Exchange them.

You are all set, conquest maps are easy as they don’t have a lot of strongholds and you can advance fast. BTW, I pulled a few diamonds from the reward packs. Totally worth it!

I had exchanges ready for the first 5 stages, which unlocked a lots of packs; add to that, the Conquest Maps from the first four teams, WITHOUT the strongholds taken. I had enough to finish the entire TA4, it was crazy. I did pretty much empty my entire inventory BUT, ...I still haven't done maps for 25 teams. Tip: use the cards you get to exchange, it makes life quicker. You'll make money in the end.

Anyway; just broke down and exchanged ALL my unlocked Diamonds, Golds, and most of my Silvers about 75, to get all 30 teams in TA to Stage 4.
Was going to get them there by doing Missions and Moments; but decided to do 1-2 Exchanges let team.
Anyway, I am now sitting on 150 BIAH packs; so maybe I'll make some stubs back.
But it doesn't matter. I can now do the Conquest Maps, Hitting/Pitching Missions, and Moments for each team to get each team's Finest.
I have all teams at 100% and 1.7M with nothing to spend on. Maybe I'll try out Ted Williams, but my outfield is already 5 guys deep with Griffey and Soto added to Mantle, Trout, Mookie, Cobb, Ruth

Love being 5 guys deep in the outfield.
I'm in a similar boat, wasted 1m on some relievers and doing a full Rockies squad but, dunno what else do go for.

Same here. Right now I have Trout, Mantle, Walker, Cobb, and Griffey in my OF. Plus still have Brock and Reggie.
Infield is Foxx, Frank, Ortiz, Jackie, Hornsby, Seager, Tatis, Mondesi, and J-Ram.
How do you decide who to play and where? Only bad thing about having this many good cards.
Now if I decided to throw any Finest in there; I have to find a space for Machado, Soto, and Betts. That's why I think I may just field a seperate team made up of all Finest players.
After I'm done with all the Conquest Maps, I'm going to run with a 99 Squad, a Finest squad, a FOTF squad, and a Futures Star squad.

Do the conquest map without taking over strongholds collect all the hidden items and exchange the the cards you get or sell them.
