Outfield glitch issue?

Odd question, but has anyone ever experienced an issue where outfielders will randomly dive on routine flyballs? Controller not broken as it only happens on random flyouts causing me to lose 4 games already.. just frustrating and wondering if if anyone has ever experienced this?

I was experiencing this and I posted about it as @raesONE had said it happened to him. My controller was less than 6 weeks old at the time and I never slam
It or abuse it(even though this game will make you want to). I was having no other issues, So I assumed it was a glitch.I bought another controller about 3 weeks ago and it has not happened since. All I can think is that maybe that one button was sticking/malfunctioning in some way. It’s really ridiculous with how much they charge for these controllers. My original PS4 controller that came with the unit lasted for years with no issues. Every replacement I have bought has some type of an issue seemingly within months. I finally got the warranty this time.

Not only this but out field will not throw to cut off, just waves his arm like a wet noodle. Allowing runner to advance until finally can get a wild throw to a random infielder.

Thanks! Yeah I never slam or abuse my controller either.. guess I’ll just buy a new one cause when this happens it’s like a guaranteed L
