To get the Corey Seager you need to do the collection. I did everything else all the moments and missions and you get to 99/100. Pretty stupid if you ask me

I mean it’s the same thing they did for the past two POTM programs so I’m not surprised.

That is the way all those programs have been this year, idk why this would be a surprise.
The reason for all the missions and moments adding up to 99 out of 100 makes sense if you think about it. I would much rather play moments then stat grind, I just don't like stat grinding. Thus, I can choose to only do the moments and then the collection and I'm fine, I don't have to stat grind. The same thing is true for someone who likes stat grinds better.

All the cards were free though. If only you held on to them instead of selling them. They even gave out more free cards today with that pack glitch. Could've known it would be like this where the collection was neccessary too imo..

See i expected this much, hence why i've had the Postseason done for the past week or so.
These free packs were just a nice suprise bonus of stubs for me today.

Very much this. In fact, they literally gave duplicates of every pack, so really the collection was free from these 4 free packs today and the 4 packs you got through the program (and you still could complete the moments to get more free cards).
All of these POTM/Playoff programs have been mostly free collections actually - all you have had to do is complete the moments and then they drop another duplicate of those packs in the program itself.
Literally cannot complain about the collections being required
