SDS, can we please get a response as to the issue some of us are having with Chipper?

I was 64th in line, and people with a timestamp well behind me have already received theirs. I've put in two tickets for this issue and haven't heard anything. Please tell me what's going on and what you can do to fix this.

Yeah man, this is really bumming me out. Not only because some of us seemed to have been "jumped" in line, but also the lack of SDS response.
