Lineups keep changing & players disappearing

Something is really wrong with the game. My lineup keeps going away everytime I fire up the game & is replaced with the “best possible lineup”.

Also, The 95 overall lefty postseason card whose name is escaping me is missing from my team, the community market, everything!
