Ok so SDS shouldn't have a stub sale just because the in game market set by the player base is already high so SDS should be like "Shoot someone tell Ramone not to hit the stub sale button cause the market is so high"

If you have a stub sale you should have something to buy. An elite tier for the beach ball pack would tank the market or a flash sale to bring needed cards into circulation.
