SDS: Can we do this?

Can we have tournaments for people under 18? I know that the day I turn 18 I will be signing up for it, but I still have a few years.
I wish they had it, even if it is just for stubs. Not money, but a bunch of stubs! This would be awesome. I am guessing that most people on here are 18+, but there are some people that aren't, and who would like to do this. Thoughts?
