Why don't you just eat straight coffee beans?
-
If coffee is a very caffeinated beverage after beans grounded and strained while making it, imagine how much caffeine you'd get from just eating the beans.
One cup of coffee is 95 mg of caffeine and each bean eaten whole is about 7. Just have like 50 coffee beans in a handful or two and you've consumed more than 3 cups of coffee in caffeine content.

Plenty of people do eat coffee beans. It's the same as saying why not just eat grapes instead of drinking wine. Different experiences.

Grapes do not have alcohol

I do actually. Very delicious, even when covered in chocolate.
