Does anyone know how many choices per pack you get and if they're set up as 'tiers'?

I logged in earlier, and I believe it said choose 4 from each pack. I could have read it wrong, though.

Wow, that new Fried looks nice. I have 99 Maddux, 99 Smoltz and 95 Glavine in my rotation right now, Fried could slot in at the 3 spot.
Add FS Ian Anderson or Kyle Wright and that is a solid Braves rotation.

where do you get the pack? moments or the shop?

All I know right now is that Josh Naylor is a glitch. All five of his hits I got in that mission were no doubt bombs.
