LS card status question

First off: Juan Soto finished the season as a 90 overall. Does that mean that he will be a 90 when the 21 game comes out?
Second: In BR, if I drafted Kris Bryant with an inside edge of 83, does he stay like that, or does his inside edge change each day, in BR? I know that in RS is changes, but wasn't sure about BR and showdown. -
i know inside edge changes each day for all modes, cant tell you about ratings

It’s safe to assume Soto will start as a diamond next year. Rating systems change so there’s no way to say exactly what he’ll be rated in ‘21, but surely he has cemented himself as a diamond by now.

I knew he would be a diamond, he was just an example I could think of off the top of my head.
