What changed with yesterday's patch?

does anyone know if the did any other changes besides the 300 actions?
I have been working on extreme yelich and getting moments....and something has changed. I admit, I am an average player. I can not hit, as much as I would like to, with zone hitting as my reaction time is not good enough, so it's directional for me....so here's what I don't get. Before yesterday's patch I had at least 1 homerun per attempt, roughly 50, and 2 homeruns a number of time with plenty of flyballs using directional hitting fly ball influence. Since the patch, roughly the same number of attempts, I have 2 total hrs. All of a sudden no matter how I swing I can't hit a fly ball...influencing a fyball or not, everything, high or low in the zone is a line drive or grounder....never had this problem before the patch, not to this extent anyway.

I get that, but did what ever they did to these "actions" affect player animations? Because, as I said, I can't hit a fly ball with yelich in the extreme moment to save my life. Hanging curveball up belt high near perfect timing resulted in a ground ball....it's like yelich is all of a sudden swing down on the ball....and this just started since the patch yesterday.. before the patch I was hitting fliyballs, now everything no matter the location is a ground ball or a low line drive....just curious, if anyone else has noticed a change with directional hitting since the patch yesterday?

Seriously! I couldn’t agree more that something changed. I’m not a great player either. I’ve been doing conquest extreme lately. I had gone 90 innings without giving up a run. Hell, I’d given up maybe 10 hits in those 30 games. (All on all star) I had scored at least one run before the third in all but one of those games.
I have actually been improving. Then I log on last night, not thinking much about the patch, and I lose three straight games. 0-2, 0-4, and 0-5. I had a .11 era with Hoffman. He gave up 5 of those 11 runs. I had mantle not locking onto routine fly balls. I had tatis make 3 routine errors, my 99 catcher acc arm chucked two into centerfield on steals by altuve. One game I had 4 times with perfect perfects with guys over 100 power that warning tracked.
Idk what happened, but something changed.

I hope you’re right. Been grinding too much this week. But those mantle drops reeeeeeeeally seemed new. Even my 10 year old yelled at the game the second time, which is quite rare. It was like the first week when it was happening to everyone. They patched it and I haven’t had it happen since. And I haven’t had a single catcher throw into center this year. Then two in three games out of three attempts? Seemed awfully coincidental. And the cpu has made a few more errors than usual. Saw a new animation on a ss error too, like a Sunday hop off the chest and up over his head.

I couldn't hit before the patch. Now? I still can't hit.

I don't play much any more but I've notice the menus and loading as gotten real slow.

yeah maybe a good sleep and fresh eyes mate ..... i haven't been playing a ton this year so when i am in the game im in the zone (or so i like to think)
