I'm trying to understand how we're still not able to tag out runners on simple plays that should be outs.

Anybody else experiencing this? Happened again today.

Previous video showed him swiping the top of the bag. This time he just places his glove right above the bag....making absolute no effort to tag the runner out. Why SDS....why? lol.
