I figured this could go in DD since it also applies to in game, but we know they are usually different than the actual PotM because high diamond cards dont typically get the Lightning card. But who do you guys have so far?
I havent really been into too much this season just because of the circumstances, shortened season and all, But some top guys I see so far are Freeman, Jose Ramirez for sure, and Springer. Freeman is already a high diamond but maybe they can give him a higher card, but Ramirez is a gold right now, until Friday and with his numbers could definitely be the lightning card. Springer hitting very well too, and is a gold that could get a diamond, but not lightning worthy.

Ramirez and Springer also have 99’s from Prestige XP path

True, but those are from past years. Jose Ramirez has like a 1.300+ OPS this Month so far lol. Gonna be hard for them to pass on.

Yeah I agree he’s been tearing it up

Does the Prestige XP path work the same as the rest? I’m at 75 Diamond wondering when I get 99 Springer. I might need him to get Trout.

Just alot longer to level up but yes. I believe its in the vicinity of 40K XP per level
I understand wanting the PS card to get Trout but he’s easily the worst card of the three.

You got a while to go. I am lvl 20 Prestige and have a while lol. Each 25 lvls of Prestige is like 100 lvl of bronze through Diamond.

Probably be the first one I take. Love his swing and his Atts are insane. JoRam just cannot hit lefties, and I dont like hitting with Thames.

Jared Walsh!Walsh actually has had a good Month of Sep. He could probably get a lower card or some sort of Topps Now card for sure. Fuentes meh. Hasnt been bad at all but I dont know if in this convo.
But nice choices. This is what I needed. Some other guys that I havent seen. As the Months go by its harder to find guys that were hot for a certain Month because their overall numbers can still be bad lol. Like George Springer.
-
Tim Anderson is going to be a top 3 or 4 in MVP voting but they refuse to give him a diamond so never mind (yes I know he has a POTM diamond just let me make my point)

Yes he has had a great almost 2 Months. Problem he has is just trying to be the best player on his own team. Lots of competition there. Good problem to have.

Fuentes is more in line with getting a 95 or so, high contact low power card. He's put up good numbers this month and has made some good plays too. Recently seems he's taken on 1B as our primary.

Abreu has always been very solid and extremely consistent, but this monster year he’s having is probably an aberration. Next year, José will probably fall back down to earth amongst mortals, and TA will have a brief window of being the best player on the Sox until Robert ascends to the throne and eats an aging fish for dinner.
