Yelich, Gehrig moments

Any tips on these? I tried a few times last night on each, not enough to get upset. I did come within one of each a couple times, so it does feel like I’ll eventually get it. Any tips?
Has anyone tried directional? I did a couple times and had worse luck. It seems like the pitching is worse if you’re on directional. So, I went back to zone. It’s also crazy how many times you’ll get hit by pitches. I understand they throw balls, but hit by pitches?
I wasn’t going to kill myself to get Gehrig. But I finished showdown on my first attempt and figure I can finish conquest. That would only leave these moments. So, I guess I’m going to try.
So, Yelich and Gehrig feel doable. Is it just a matter of getting lucky to finish off? All you see from Cardinals are sinkers at bottom of the zone and Fiers throws so much slow stuff at the bottom of the zone (his fourth and fifth best pitches, of course). Any tips?

I haven't tried them yet, but I do remember for Extreme Moments in 2019 that required multiple HR or XBH, I would switch to directional hitting, aim up and to the right, and sit on a hanger.

I wouldn’t recommend directional on HOF/. If you came within one on zone. Just a matter of time until u get it

Restart when you don't go deep or hit an XBH during the first at bat. Rinse and repeat, keep trying.

I used zone and power swing with Gehrig because all the A’s pitchers were slow and I was way too early on HOF and that helped me do Gehrig... Still haven’t finished Yelich.

I have completed Gehrig but not Yelich yet. I just kept my PCI inside middle and didn’t swing anywhere else and used the short Shibe porch.

May I recommend offering baseball god Jobu a cigar and rum....trust me he will come. In all seriousness the moments look bad but a bit of practice on legend makes the HOF PCI look like rookie

I finished them. Man, what a relief. Gehrig went fairly quick this afternoon. Yelich took a little while but finally got it. Feels good. Now I have the game moments and conquest left. How are the game moments? I feel like I got the hardest stuff out of the way (showdown, Yelich and Gehrig), but I never play on legend.

I just finished Yelich as well, so now with both those two down, the rest seem manageable.
