Early Call Up

I just got MLB 20 because it was on sale, and started my RTTS career. Played about 50 games in AA playing terribly, 57 overall hitting in the low 200s, 1 HR and a handful of RBI and the Tigers think I am good enough for the MLB. Has anyone else had this happen to them?

It all depends on the need of the team. The Tigers are hurting for players. If you compare your player to who they already have you will probably find your player has a better OVR.

In this years rtts, does the cpu determine which level you’re on by the players overall stats or actual stats for the season?

It seems to be your overall stats

Hopefully in the future they change it to where the game goes off of stats instead of overall

Don't kid yourself. This is a problem that has been around for a while because people would whine and cry if you actually had to earn your MLB spot. They will call you up way to early all the time no matter the team or how you are doing.
