I think this event will be the least played event as a percentage of active users so far this year. I’d love to see the playing time statistics relative to other events after this event is over.

Hard pass on this event. Bunt cheesers galore...guaranteed. Rewards aren't worth the hassle of that bushleague trash.

I think it could have been cool if they had like Gold/Silver pitchers on All-Star. That may have provided an entirely different play experience.
As it stands, the trifecta of no power, any pitcher you want and on HOF seems about the stupidest combination possible and I’m honestly baffled by what it was hoping to accomplish. Change one of those three variables and it’s likely manageable, but as it stands I can’t see how this isn’t non-stop bunting or insufferable games where it’s difficult for the majority of the player base to get on base, much less a run.

Yeah - if I play then is all my prestiged 99 pitchers going for me, corners and 2B In and a bunch of 1 run games where RNG baserunning determines the outcome. Might give it a go, but agree 70 power and Gold-max pitching would have been WAY better.

Good for those who still need to Prestige some pitchers. Terrible for anything else.
I also wished I had finished the Awards XB mission on the last event.

Haven’t been on yet...when does it end? Is there a stage 2 deadball after this event ends? I’m thinking common batters on legend vs 90+ pitchers...

After 6 innings of like combined 3 hit baseball my oppo quit... there's gonna be alot of that i think.

I was bored after getting 80 wins a few days ago last event and was excited for this one. What a huge let down. I guess it's back to Tony Hawk and Gran Turismo for me for the next month.....

Off topic but how are the Tony Hawk remakes? Debating between that and Skater XL
They're so good. It's a very authentic experience. You're replaying the entirety of the first games, but with the addition of things like manuals and rail/ramp holds that weren't present on PS2/N64 versions.
It's the perfect combination of nostalgia and update. A must have if you grew up loving the first few Tony Hawk games.

I dont enjoy events. I dont enjoy how ranked plays. I dont enjoy moments anymore. I've gotten tired of showdown. I just dont see myself playing this games awhile after i get 20 more stars for 300. Meh

I hate that there is only one position player that you can work on prestige stats for (Victorino). Am I missing anyone else?

I just saw there are 2 additional stages of deadball events...awful. Hopefully the next ones are more reasonable. I hope they make the final event of the year an additional moonshot event that runs until the next game is released.

Very good. If you played and liked the original ones then you'll get enjoyment out of this. It's really, really well done.
