To be fair, what was the question?

Ok, that is fair. I'm pretty sure he is asking about good cap equipment to use though

Not sure if there is a question, but I recommend taking a close look at the attribute boosts before buying any gear. Sometimes the gap between gold and diamond equipment is just +1 or +2, but it could be several thousand stubs difference.

Legendary call is worth it! By far the best ritual

Have you already completed your CAP pathway? If not, I would recommend going for the balanced options. You can always use equipment to juice your power, but choosing a power-focused CAP usually costs you big time in speed, defense, and/or contact which is very hard to make up for with equipment.

Yea he’s a 89 power focused catcher

Can somebody check schnauzer’s temperature?

Ah. I would suggest focusing your stubs on cleats and the Griffey in Your Shoes ritual. The diamond Jackie socks are free, and those are perfect for a power C. The power-focused catcher is really slow and I hate having a hippo clogging up the base paths, so that’s why I suggest splurging to increase his speed. With socks, shoes, and ritual, I added+27 (I think) to my guy’s SPD. I use the diamond Adizero cleats, btw.
I wouldn’t go nuts on the catcher equipment — just gold or even silver will be fine. Blocking isn’t a problem in 20 the way it was in 19.
I have a diamond glove (the one that’s actually a catcher’s mitt) that gives a huge boost to arm and accuracy (+9 each). Some gloves give a higher fielding boost, but I think arm and acc are much more important for catchers.
Wrist guard, elbow guard, and shin guards are, imo at least, worthless. I’m sure you’ve already got gold or silver versions in your inventory. Those are fine.
I have a gold compression sleeve, which is a much better bang-for-your-buck purchase than diamond. It’s only +5 arm and +3 acc, while the diamond is +7 and +5.... but the diamond is like 14K stubs vs 500 stubs for the gold.
The Jackie tape is free, but if you don’t have that I would recommend a gold grip over diamond. Again, the +2 contact and power increase you’d get with the diamond bat grip will cost you about 7K more than the gold. Same story on the shades — gold sunglasses cost 150 stubs and the slightly better diamond cost 10K.
I got the diamond Trout batting gloves as a post-game reward. I probably wouldn’t recommend them if I hadn’t gotten them free. I would look at the gold batting gloves before shelling out a ton of stubs on diamond. They are usually pretty comparable but the diamond will cost you about 80x as much as the gold.
This is the word of the schnauzer.

Trying to get my power and fielding up
I think there's a pill for that.

That's what Frank Thomas says too.
