700+ RS Advice

I just cracked 700 for the 1st time and I'd like to win the 1st few games to give myself a cushion so I'm not yo-yo'ing back and forth between AS and HOF.
I've been using a rotation of Orel, Wood, Paxton, Maddux and the last spot I've been rotating guys in and out trying them out. Kluber, Ryan, Thor, Palmer who has been nasty on occasion, and gotten shelled on others.
I've played HOF setting against cpu, and some of the events, but not on RS. Should I avoid starting any of my current rotation on HOF? Palmer seems like he might be a handful on HOF but I typically pitch pretty well with any of them outside of getting absolutely lit up from time to time by great players. Thor hasn't been particularly effective on AS but he only has 2 starts I think.
Advice on building a HOF rotation is greatly appreciated.

Speed differentials and movement for the most part. If you don’t pick a pitcher with SNK/CUT, makes sure he throws 98+

You’ll run into alot of guys who destroy 4 seamers but can’t hit anything else. Thats why cutter, sinkers and slow offspeed are very effective

Don't overthink it, plug Kluber in that last spot and keep going.

Makes sense... As an aside have you threw any with Topps 97 Bieber? I got shut down by him the other day so I threw him a few times with really good results. It doesn't seem like he should be effective because his pitch speeds are all very close, but I couldn't do anything against him and in the 2 outings I used him my opponents didn't seem to fare to well.

That seems to be the safe, albeit boring choice... But probably the best one. Thanks.

His speed differential has people looking silly 102 fb and 80 on the curve and 99 accuracy so he hits dots -
