Too scared to try him on the Babe Ruth HOF games. I need someone I know I can hit my spots like Fingers or Gagne
Gagne. He pitches 3 innings of 1 hit ball in relief during the AL West moment which I won 1-0.
I put him in 3 games for relief so far. 2 he shut the door, 1 he blew the save. Not giving up on him yet lol

Had issues with 97 Chapman walking batters again so he's officially gone and 98 Gagne is now my main closer. His Vulcan change is nasty. I've also used Britton and Wagner as well this evening with great success.

Well the CAP this guy used against me was a lefty that threw absolute gas
️ 100 mph with the 73 mph change-up, Slider that fell off the table. And was using Darren O’Day delivery. There’s a few other funky delivery’s but this one was brutal to face lol. -
Jake McGee is pretty solid. If you pitch based on the off speed and then mix in the fastball, he’s filthy. But if you just spam fastballs good players will rock him.

Same here. Seems like for those attributes Rivera can get knocked around easily. I use him sadly in low-leverage situations. Nervous to use in tight games.

I have prestige Mariano and he’s no longer on my team. Both for me and against me, he has the magical power of giving up 3 run bombs. Chapman has his flaws, but is much better if you mix your pitches.

I've got my Cap as a reliever, it's the way to go. I can get 4 or 5 innings with him and he's still impossible to hit. I only use him when I need that win to get to the next RS level, or when a guy is bunt dancing, bunt cheesing, pausing on repeat. If a guy is trying to annoy me, in comes cap.

When someone brings in the CAP reliever just sit middle and wait. They usually bring them in during high leverage situations because they know they’re about to get their teeth kicked in, and a little patience will go a long way - usually in excess of 400 feet.

my cap throws 100 MPH FB with a 71 change up, submarine arm lefty. I keep him in until someone finally guesses right, usually 4 or 5 innings.
Here's a game log of the last time I used him. 5 innings, 8 K's, finally gave up a HR in inning 5 (beyond out of energy), then replaced him.
He's also a switch hitter with loaded equipment, so he holds his own at the plate.

I'm new but my guess is chapman because he has heat, if you have a pitcher who has none in this game your opponent is always sitting offspead because thats whats gonna come. if you have someone who has speed with good off spead you can fool much more easily.

Mine is named Jim Jones, after the guy who made everyone drink Kool-Aid. I researched the correct hight, weight, state he's from, and got the super sweet side burns just right.
