Potm didi swings at dropped 3rd strike and takes off to 1st (71 speed)
LS Gary Sanchez picks it up and doesn't throw to 1st but instead chases me down and tags didi out a few feet short of the bag. (25 speed)

My bad. It was actually LS Acuna (86 speed) which actually makes it worse.

Pretty simple. He just struck out and knows a simple throw to first puts him away. Why would he sprint full speed? Tell me how often you see guys sprint full speed in that situation? Hell half the time the guys just get tagged while walking back to the dugout.

It's a video game. I doubt they code that type of logic into it. Even if that was the case then why run at all. Just stand there or like you said just walk to the dugout.

He obviously wasnt running and Sanchez was. And no, lol, that guy cannot run twice as fast as Sanchez. That math makes no sense. And yes, that is programmed into the game.
