CAP Swings

What is the best CAP swing? Looking for something that’s not too slow.

I feel like this is going to vary user to user. I’d say whoever you play with that you square the ball up with often is a good start.

I always pick a switch hitter to make sure there are no awkward swing motions from the other side.

Mike Moustakas seems to be working for me right now. Mondesi is real quick as well

Idk about Carlson, but I'd throw in Carlos Gonzales to this list as well as Charlie Blackmon. All have fantastic swings.
