After the update today the addition of Gagne and Hoffman allow 99 overall team to be created. I don't think it was possible prior to this update because of bullpen restrictions.

I was able to get it yesterday without those guys. I was shocked to see it.

I've had a 99 overall team for the past 3 weeks probably. Even with 90 overalls in the pen
