Calling all game designers.....

Please design a game where it isn't so GD obvious that RNG comes into play. Make it where skill Vs. skill matters.
STOP floating pitches over the middle when the user input is fine.
STOP getting 93 mph exit velos with 125 power hitters when it is dead center PCI and a weak fly ball to center.
STOP having diamond fielding middle infielders act like they cant react to a ground ball up the middle when they are in double play depth.
STOP having outfielder turn into statues when they approach a wall and [censored] themselves.
STOP the 11 PCI rating ROCKETS that one hop over the fence with Brandon Phillips who has 69 power.( literally just happened and why i created this post)
To the "That's baseball" crowd. don't even respond. It's not baseball...it's just not. Sure, it happens in baseball. But you know when it happens ? maybe 2-3 times on average a game.... That's counting those bloop / weak hits, the errors, The hung pitches that are absolutely destroyed, the outfielder who has no idea what to do what he's 3 feet from a wall ( that ones doesn't happen much)
Also, can we please stop pretending that secondary positions can really cause that much of a depletion in the amount of oxygen that reaches someones brain? Besides catcher and pitcher there is nothing in baseball that makes someone completely spazz out and forget the basic fundamentals of the game....

And while I am at it.... What is the point of the new PCI showing that a hitter is a power hitter and giving him a huge circle at the top of the PCI zone and then hitting a ball there and it is a weak fly ball?? Why ?

If you really didn't read it ( which I know you did) Can you honestly say this game plays competitively ? This is a game for participation trophies and it shows. I feel dirty when I PUSH an 11 PCI rating blast over the fence at Shippet. Unfortunately that is where you will play 90% of the time besides Coors or Laughing Mountain. I play at Laughing mountain just because it's a little deeper dimensions.
Does it happen every game ?? No. But can you honestly tell me that you have been in a game before and NOT noticed when it's coming ?

What makes me laugh at any post like this are the follow things

Every game made is based on computer code so everything will be subject to some form of RNG.

The pure aspect of baseball is a game of failure where players are immortalize in the Hall Of Fame for failing 70% of the time yet gamers have this expectation that of I put a PCI on the ball with good timing I'll succeed 100% of the time

The number of post demanding that a game be made that doesn't rely on RNG but dont actually promote any tangible solutions to fix the issues beyond making a new game that isn't RNG which I refer you to my 1st point.
This game has RNG just out of the nature of how baseball is in a video game form everything is a dice roll. You have 2 players trying to succeed but doing so in a way where both can have perfect timing on an input so who wins? Have to roll the dice sometimes

I just need a formula where I win and my opponent loses every single time.
Reason being is I'm superior to everyone and the only way I lose is when the game RNG's me to death.
