I’m looking to try and buy Carlson or ellsbury now

Another huge plus for Ellsbury is that he covers a crazy amount of ground in the outfield. His noodle arm is the only thing that stops him from being the best defensive outfielder in the game, IMO.

Eric Davis is better but both need to be played in center to optimize their abilities. Prestige mantle also gets to everything for me.

If you have POTM Bellinger you could use him and pick up Musial for first base. Ellsbury and Davis are both solid options as well.

Brock would be my suggestion. Amazing leadoff hitter that always causes issues on the base paths. Plus, he has more power than you think.

Just scooped you ellsbury and will use him in left
-
Lou Brock

RF Tony Gwynn

Hope he works out for you. I couldn’t hit well with him. So I went back to Lofton who albeit doesn’t have the power numbers I’ve still hit quite a few HR’s with him and he’s hitting close to .400 for me

If ellsbury doesn’t work out think I’m going to try Brock. -
I used ellsbury a bunch in showdowns and liked what I saw there

Depends on what kind of hitter you want. I recommend Jacoby Ellsbury if you want to add some speed and surprising pop to your squad. POTM Bellinger if you enjoy dingers.
The way the game plays I think i need a little more pop in my lineup I’ve come to realize
Ellsbury is that guy.he is either hitting singles, doubles or homeruns.dont let the attributes fool you dude rips the ball and is fast...the only bad thing about him is his noodle of an arm...dude needs a cut off guy to reach the cut off guy lol
-
Add another vote for Ellsbury here. Picked him up during the stub sale when i was struggling with McCutchen. Don't regret it at all. Dude RIPS!
