Is there a way not to get called up so early?

63 overall pitcher, called up to the Mariners rotation 3 weeks before the MLB Allstar break. I'm playing on Allstar difficulty and in AA it's fine, I'm pitching well. I skip AAA and go to the Majors for some reason, I haven't had a training session since being called up and I'm getting rocked each game getting pulled before the 6th inning. I can't compete when my attributes are not MLB worthy yet.

Sadly no because people whine and cry because they arent in the majors super fast so there is no way that I have found to slow down the process.
