Question on tally innings with prime players

I just played a game with prime Reggie and it says 2/18. Am I missing something or is this glitched?

For whatever reason, prestige cards seem to be in their own class, it's no longer a prime card even though the card says prime. Don't ask me why, I have no idea

You don't have to use the red prime cards, I used Minoso, Reggie, and Joe Carter in two event games which gave me enough innings to complete that mission.
I am assuming this is what you were asking.
