Till on player card overall rating

So there is a till on the player cards in the exchange, showing up adn down arrows. For Rhys Hoskins he is currently a 78 and it's showing a green till with an 83. does this mean he will be an 83 and a gold card?

That’s the daily edge thing. I believe that’s how the card will play for the day but it’s not an indication it’s moving to that permanently.

Based off matchups and stuff. You can see more info about it on “My Squad” tab next to roster updates, I think.
People get boosted if they have good stats against certain pitchers, teams, etc. -
