Does anyone play MTO anymore? I played for the 2x points but that is all. It isn't worth it at all anymore unless you don't play DD. If they brought back 2x points or at least 1.5x points would anyone else play the mode. I feel like there isn't a point anymore to MTO

A strong world series win on all star should be worth at least 100 points

I used to play MTO but not anymore. It’s too time consuming and just not worth it to me.

Showdown is way quicker. Probably takes 2 hours for 40 points and then use the stubs you made for exchanges. You get the same amount of XP but it is harder. I think MTO should be more rewarding but not as much as showdown

I did when it was x2 Affinity points. But Being forced to Grind showdown actually helped me improve and beat most showdowns. I’m at 100% with 23 teams through stage 3. Just need the rest of the A.L West and 2 teams from the N.L. West.

It has helped me get better at the game. Showdown may not be the most enjoyable mode but it feels really good to beat it and is worth it. I don't play it so much, that is why I'm only working on 4 TA's

It feels really good to beat showdown. Earlier tonight I was trailing John Smoltz 5-15 in the final boss battle for stage 3 and with 3 outs left finally got that last run across for the win.

Nice! You seem experienced at showdown. I'm facing the Reds for the final boss for stage 3, do you happen to know who I face?

Omg I hate facing Lodolo! I actually forfeit whenever I see the reds logo after I draft.

It’s a flip of the coin. Sometimes I crush Lodolo, then most of the time I can’t square up the sinker & hit into multiple double plays

I beat him in stage 2. I'm just relieved it isn't Dibble or Chapman lol. I took a lot of pitches against him and stated down 7-15 but still beat him after a terrible start

For sure but I get screwed on showdown so often that it just ruins the game for me. Pop out fest everytime.

I am still doing MTO but only because I want to beat it with every team. I did a lot back when it was double points and I just have a couple of teams left now.

I was thinking of doing it on my secondary acct just to see what it's like.

I heard the Marlins are a fun team to try out.

I just don't lije that you can't edit your lineup pre-game.

And I don't know if they ever 'fixed' the glitch where it wasn't allowing rewards if you got a power outage

I played one run while bored the other week. I found legend actually fairly doable for a decent online player. It’s more comparable to HOF online than legend. It was fun as a short offline experience, but I wouldn’t consider playing it rather than Showdown for TA points unless they either made 2x points permanent or payed out points more frequently during the run.
