Prestige Stats Not Accumulating

    I noticed someone else post about this earlier today. I just looked through my prestige progress for a few players and somehow my Awards David Ortiz shows 0 XBH online while it also shows I have 8 XBH accumulated online....

    Of all the things [censored] up with this game now this is also [censored] up? Yeesh what a year for SDS.

    Honestly not a big deal to me, but to have prestige be solely based online and then to have online stats not even count is a pretty bad look. Anything to do here?

    This happened to me and I emailed SDS today with proof of it happening and 2 HRs I hit with Ortiz online yesterday. I had about 15 XB hits with Ortiz and it was reset to zero at some point. They responded to me within a couple hours. They couldn't fix the lost stats, but they were able to make it track properly again. They also dropped a bunch of packs in my inventory for the inconvenience. Things happen. I appreciated the timely response and thought they handled it the best they could. I also wrote a nice email, didn't demand anything, and just politely asked them to look into it. If you do those things, chances are most companies will respond positively to you. If you make rash accusations, complain, and make ridiculous demands, no one will take you seriously anywhere. People complain about SDS customer service all the time, but I found my experience to be excellent. Of course, I also approached the situation like an adult and not an unruly child like others have, which probably helped my cause.

    From what I heard it was counting every hit as an XBH so they just reset them to fix it

    As someone who handles complaints for a living this is 100% the approach you have to take you start demanding and you have lost you case before it even got started

    Hey, can you send me the exact text you sent to them please? Also, the address where you sent it. I opened a ticket with them at noon today and was very polite, included two pictures of the stats and did not even get a reply except the automated response that the ticket was opened.
